Hello, my name is Irma Vanessa Salmeron, and I take immense pride in being the owner of Karmas Beauty. At Karmas Beauty, we offer more than just a lash lounge. It is a platform that supports and empowers emerging entrepreneurs in the beauty industry through our Salon Suites. Having worked for eight years and managed other lash lounges, I am well aware of the challenges of feeling replaceable, undervalued, and underpaid in this industry. With the knowledge and experience I have acquired, it has become my mission to assist others in building their dream beauty shops. My expertise lies in lash extensions, and I also enjoy working with hair. Lash extensions have been my passion ever since my time in cosmetology school. After graduating from PMTSLV, I had the incredible opportunity to travel and teach this skill. Since then, I have continued to share my knowledge and expertise with others. Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to us. We understand that schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations.
STRICT AND ENFORCED 48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. A $50 deposit is required to schedule all appointments and will be applied to your service cost. If you cancel within 48 hours you will not be charged, but after 48 hours the deposit will become non-refundable. In addition:
Less than 48 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
If you need to cancel an appointment made within the 24-hour period, you must cancel within 4 hours time or you will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount.
Multiple services not cancelled 24 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. 50% of your multiple services may be charged to your credit card to reserve the appointment time.
The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone.
We apologize but we will not be able to book a new appointment until any prior cancellation balance is paid in full.

As a courtesy, we will text you to confirm your service appointments prior to your appointment date. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.
